SIMPACK AG, a spin-off of the DLR (the German Aerospace Centre), was founded in 1993. The company expanded quickly in the sectors of Virtual Prototyping and 3D-Simulation and soon achieved international recognition for excellence.
SIMPACK is used for non-linear multi-body simulation and is particularly renowned for the integration of flexible bodies. The simulation of wind turbines, airplanes, cars, trucks, engines and rail vehicles represent only some sectors where SIMPACK is used. SIMPACK is the market leader in the simulation of high frequency vibrations and 'shock contact' and therefore the number one choice for the handling and comfort analyses as well as NVH and durability calculations.
